Both the 5G5 (ATCC CRL-2633) and the B3D (ATCC CRL-2634) antibodies are reactive with a conformational epitope in the middle of the VacA protein. They recognize different epitopes within the same region of VacA. The antibody can be used for ELISA and immunoprecipitation applications. |

Medium Renewal: Add fresh medium every 2 to 3 days (depending on cell density) Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium.
