Subculturing	The cells tend to grow in floating clusters. Single cells may become adherent. Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Maintain the cell concentration between 2 x 10⁵ and 1x10⁶cells/mL. Gently pipette to break large clusters into smaller clusters. Medium Renewal: Twice weekly
