| Comments |
Animals were immunized with the SK-MEL-33 human melanoma cell line. The antibody precipitates two glycoproteins (90000 and 150000 daltons)from extracts of SK-MEL-19 cells. It reacted with all melanoma cell lines tested (n = 20), fetal and adult cultured melanocytes and various normal and neoplastic tissues. The antibody reacts with the M-23 antigen system. |
