Animals were immunized with Harvey ras p21. Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cells. NOTE: this is a mixture of hybridoma cell lines from which the constituent individual cell lines must be separated by standard cloning and screening techniques. The plasmids, with inserts coding for the p21 deletion mutants corresponding to the hybridoma specificities, are also available as a mixed deposit, ATCC 67170. The hybridoma and plasmid specificities are as follows: HYBRIDOMAS: M38 = residues 1 - 23, M8 = residues 24 - 69, M70 = residues 90 - 106, M90 = residues 107 - 130, M30 = residues 131 - 152. PLASMIDS: p20 = deletion of residues 6 - 14, p19 = deletion of residues 6 - 22, p18 = deletion of residues 166 - 184, p17 = deletion of residues 153 - 184. p14 = deletion of residues 131 - 184, p12 = deletion of residues 107 - 184, p10 = deletion of residues 90 - 184, p8 = deletion of residues 70 - 184. |
