Animals were immunized with LHRH conjugated to bovine serum albumin. Spleen cells were fused with P3-NSI/1-Ag4-1 myeloma cells. A feeder layer is required to recover the cells from a frozen ampule. Cells are grown at ATCC on 56-X feeder layer, irradiated STO cells. It is recommended that the feeder cells be plated 24 hours before use at 2 X 10(6)/T75 in order to obtain a 30% confluent monolayer. |

Medium Renewal: Every 2 to 3 days Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium.
