Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): MluI/XhoI--5.6, 3.0; EcoRI--4.3, 3.2, 1.1; ClaI--8.6; HindIII--4.4, 4.2.
The insert contains the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the 5' MluI site): BamHI--0.74, 3.25, 4.27; EcoRI--1.3, 4.3; HindIII--1.5; BglII--2.14, 5.2.
Contains the complete cDNA. Constructed from lambdahTOP2-37, lambdahTOP2-11, and lambdahTOP2-Z2, joined at the BglII sites. An MluI linker was added to the filled-in NcoI site at the 5' end,
and a MluI linker was inserted into the SmaI site of the vector.
The original clones were derived from a HeLa cell library (the 2 5' clones) and a HepG2 library (the 3' clone).
